The diorama experience on the second floor highlights the major events and themes from pre-historic times to the recognition of Philippine Independence and continues with "Towards a Working Democracy" and the riotous martial law years to the first EDSA People Power Revolution.
The maritime vessels showcasing miniatures of the different watercrafts that plied the Philippine seas and contributed to the development of Philippine maritime trade and colonial economy.
The collector's series on the third floor displays selections from leading private collections of art. The gold of ancestors pre-colonial treasures in the Philippines, Philippine textiles, ceramic displays and some other collections are all in the fourth area of the museum.
