A once in a lifetime family gathering of families from the maternal side. My Aunt travels all the way from Baguio to Manila to see my mother and my uncle connected in the Armed Forces of the Philippines Medical Center is in time for his annual chek-up in Manila. My aunt from London is also present. This is the best time for them to be together after a decade. The family is going to have a lunch out at Patio Vera Restaurant in Calumpang, Marikina City. This is an old residential area of the Caballeros Family turned into a unique Filipino restaurant. My sister makes this arrangement possible.
My reviews: The place was not perfect for big gatherings due to it's limited space. Things are not well-arranged and not organized. No one was in the receiving area to assist and welcome the guest. Limited parking space.We had a hard time looking for available parking area but someone from the place assisted us to find a safe area to park.
